Less Than $5?? I'll Take It!

This very cool necklace from -- gasp! -- Forever 21 is only $3.99.

It's called the Braided Monarch Necklace, and it's really very pretty.

The only thing is that the creator is Forever 21 -- and it is a picture that I'm staring at, therefore making it hard to tell if the necklace is cute or crap.

But hello, it IS only four bucks, so it's really a win-win situation.

If it's crap, at least it was less than $5 and if it's cute, then score!
