Tea For Two

Thanks to my pal Tom-Tom, I've been obsessively OBSESSED with London Fog drinks at the local java joint. Not only is it delicious, it's way easier on the pocket than your typical non-fat and non-sugar soy lattes.

For those who need some clarification, a London Fog is Earl Grey Tea mixed with steamed milk and a generous shot of vanilla flavor.

Hermes -- of silk scarf and bright orange shopping bag fame (if you're seen swinging this 'round your wrist, people know you've dropped serious coin) -- has a home collection, complete with this gorgeous Demianka silver and bamboo wood tea set.

Sure would love to have my London Fog served on this Hermes platter.

I'm Lovin' it: This chic, nautically-inspired dress from recent Project Runway winner Jeffrey Sebelia. Methinks the reason it's so beautiful is the combination of emerald green, ivory, gold and voluminous bottom. Aye aye, captain.

I'm Over it: The characters on Lost finally breaking into the hatch. Yeah, yeah. I'm a little behind, but K-Dawg, Nate and I are catching up via DVD. I've waited till the end of five discs to get to this point, and now it all seems so drawn out and anti-climactic. NOT.

Flick of the Day: It's All Gone Pete Tong, starring Paul Kaye. This fictional story follows the figurative demise and reincarnation of a massively popular and perpetually drugged out DJ in Ibiza named Frankie Wilde, who rapidly loses his hearing. Filmed in a pseudo-documentary style, expect cameos from famous turn-tablists like Carl Cox, Tiesto and Pete Tong himself. Break out your decks and vinyl, because this most excellent, critically-acclaimed film is cause for musical celebration.
